My approach was to take the time to really understand the business challenges and needs and ultimately produce a quality solution. Ultimately, the product shows the results of its thorough UX design and research.

Company ovrview
The Canadian-born company e-Cycle is an e-bike sharing system that makes electric bicycles available to people. In various cities throughout Canada. E-Cycle consists of multiple interconnected stations, which allows people to replace their electric bikes for rent based on a specific time frame. Docking stations scattered throughout the city center provide convenient drop-offs and pickups.
Problems:
- It is difficult to find the bike station based on the user’s location on the map.
- Not knowing how many bikes are ready and available at the station.
- Concerned about possible injuries due to lack of safety equipment
- Need to unlock the bike by the app.
- Lack of access to the review of other customers who have already used these services.
- The applications on the market are difficult to use and have complex steps.
Solution:
- Finds and lists e-cycle stations based on the user's location on the map.
- Get information about the list of electric bikes available at a particular station in the map view.
- Safety training and equipment provided.
- Unlock the bike through the app. Get the 10-digit code from the app to unlock your bike. I have an hour to pick up my bike
- Providing the ability to read customer reviews.
- Simple and easy-to-use searching tool for stations.
